Shipping Times:
  • OLISTIC offers home delivery within the Spanish national territory, as well as to countries enabled on the website as shipping destinations: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal.

  • All orders will be delivered within the next 24-48 business hours in the Peninsula and Portugal, and between 24-72 business hours in the Canary Islands, from the date of purchase confirmation. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Address Change:
  • If you want to change the delivery address before your order has been confirmed, you can do so from your account. In case the order has already been confirmed, it is very important that you contact us immediately and we will do our best to modify it. If the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee the change.

  • Any change in the shipping address after your order has been confirmed will incur an additional cost equivalent to the shipping cost of that particular country.

Shipping Costs:
  • Unless OLISTIC indicates otherwise, the shipping of the order may incur certain costs, the responsibility of the Customer.

  • OLISTIC will inform the Customer prior to payment of the order of the shipping costs or additional charges applicable in each case. Below, you will find more details about the shipping costs for each area.

  • For orders over €50 and in the subscription mode, shipments will be free in Peninsular Spain and will be charged for other destinations. The shipping costs are as follows:
    • Peninsular Spain: €2 shipping cost.
    • Portugal: €3.5 shipping cost.
    • Balearic Islands: €5.5 shipping cost.
    • Canary Islands: €7 shipping cost.
    • Ceuta and Melilla: €10 shipping cost.

Delivery Commitment and Responsibility:
  • OLISTIC is committed to making every effort to deliver the purchased products without delay.

  • For this purpose, we work with reputable courier companies.

  • However, OLISTIC is not responsible for delays in delivery that may occur due to non-compliance by courier companies with the estimated delivery times they provide to the Customer.

Delivery Information:
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct information for product delivery.

  • In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery data, OLISTIC reserves the right to charge the Customer for the costs associated with the new shipment.

  • Once the order has been delivered, the responsibility for the product will pass to the Customer.

Order Tracking:
  • We will send a confirmation email with a tracking link when the order leaves the warehouse. Through that tracking link, you will have several options to facilitate the delivery of your order.

  • If, after attempting delivery, the order cannot be delivered due to the absence of the customer or other reasons attributable to them, the order will be redirected to a Parcel Shop where it will remain for 3 to 5 days for the customer to collect it. If the order has not been collected within this period, the product will be returned to our warehouse and the purchase will be refunded except for the costs generated with shipping and return. The customer will be contacted by our Customer Service to decide whether to place a new order.
